2025 Award-Winning Collection
Each year, the world’s finest chocolate makers send their best creations to be judged at the prestigious Academy of Chocolate Awards in London. These awards celebrate exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful sourcing, and the pure expression of cacao.
We’re honored to share that in 2025, six of our artisan chocolate bars were recognized, a meaningful milestone that reflects the care we put into every step, from roasting to refining to hand wrapping here in the Pacific Northwest.
This collection brings together a range of origins, roast profiles, and cacao expressions - from bright and fruity light roasts to deep, complex dark roasts, and even the pure intensity of 100% chocolate. Each bar tells its own story of place, process, and flavor. Enjoy all six of our 2025 award winning bars in this collection.
